Our Direct and Toll Free telephone lines are only answered from 8am – 5pm Monday thru Friday West Coast time. However, if you leave a voicemail, that is forward to us 24/7, which we can receive & access whenever an where ever we are through any device.
Faxes are automatically forwarded to us as .pdf files in the same manner as voicemail messages.

Routine Support
If you have a routine support questions/issue, such as changing the destination for a forwarding domain or email address, the best method is to request your changes via email. (Yes, Virginia, there is a web interface in the works for Self Help!)
Just send your requested changes to support@interfuzed.com and normally your requested will be processed & completed within one working day. If there is some urgency to your request, such as the site being forwarded to has gone down, please feel free to call instead and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.
Postage & Handling
It is very rare that we nee to ship anything here at InterFuzed, but in those instances that we do, our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. As a fallback, we also offer Fedex.
Shipping Prices, as of 1/7/2012, are as follows. Please note! Flat rate boxes have size and weight restrictions imposed by the US Postal Service that are beyond our control. While we receive a slight discount on postage from the USPS for purchasing & printing our postage online, there is still additional costs involved in shipping anything, for which we have added a small surcharge. This is what you might call the “& handling” part of “Postage & Handling”.
All packages will be sent with Delivery Confirmation and (if possible) Signature Confirmation, unless the recipient specifically requests otherwise. Insurance is NOT included automatically, but may be purchased at cost by the customer for extra peace of mind.

Cancellation & Return Policy
Domain name registrations are final under ALL circumstances – no refunds, no trades, no exceptions. It is the responsibility of the registering user to verify the spelling of the domain name prior to checking out to ensure there are no errors. All domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN or other domain registration authority, including the name itself and the content of the website on which the domain is used. ccTLD (Country Code Top Level Domains) may fall under the jurisdiction of countries quite different from the United States (e.g., .ly is the Libya domain, which falls under Sharia law) to Buyer Beware!
Hosting/Forwarding accounts may be cancelled within the first 90 days of any billing year for a pro-rated refund. After 90 days, the account is non-refundable and will stay active through the remainder of the current year.
Return and Refund policies for individual shipped items will be specifically posted on each item and may vary.
